jones2sr is asking because Cisco has announced EoL for the built-in attendant console effective in UCM 7.

I have not heard of anything other than ARCsoft; however, rumors are flying that Cisco has an RFP out for someone to build a replacement or alternative solution. Be advised that it's just a rumor as far as I know.

As per the conversation already, the Cisco Attendant Console is now EOL by Cisco. The options are as follows:

Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console

Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console

Arc Enterprise

Also, as has been mentioned, there is another Attendant Console due for release soon - this is the Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console

The Cisco branded applications are Arc Solutions OEM products - they all require a server platform
