Hello Guys.
I have installed a Cisco Unity 5.0 which is working all right. I get access to the application using the web browser from a laptop or directly in the Unity server. I also try a Remote Desktop to the same server with no problems I can do anything (configure or monitoring the server) BUT the service of voice mail during the time I am connected, is disable or blocked and no one can use the voice mail and there is no way to recover the service until I finish the Remote Desktop session and re-star the server. Then the service is as normal as some minutes before the remote desktop try.
Is this a normal behavior ?? is there anything that I could to do ?? Thanks I appreciate your help.
