I'm new with cme and cue, abd i have a problem with cue, after running yhe wizard I have tried to connect me to the cli but the sysrem is always rebooying (see in att yhe message that i have) CUE version is 3.2.1

Hi
Use Boothelper to reinstall the CUE image. You can find the instructions on this link.

Thanks pemelend, it was the bundle with ivr, do i need also too reinstall ivr ?

u r welcome.
The boothelper will erase everything on CUE's hard drive including the IVR files and then it will upload the files from the .zip.

I've exactly the same problem with 2 different NME-CUE modules.

You should be able to reinstall these using the boothelper, you have to change boot options to boot from a tftp server, then installation would follow via ftp.

That is what I did, I reïnstalled usingb the boothelper, and after the problem was solved
