MPE installation problem

Hi All,

We just purchased CID-MCS-7825-H3-RC1 and MPE 1.2 media from distributor. when I try to install MPE it says "hard drive is unknow".

what is the hard drive requirement for MPE installation? I made RAID 1 and tried to install, same error. then I marked RAID as bootable in BIOS configuration, still the same error.

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

The guide says 72 Gig drive space. The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express installer checks for the presence of the DVD-ROM drive, sufficient hard drive and memory sizes, and sufficient CPU type and speed. You may need to check with TAC on this hardware compatibility.
