IPCC ANI Display Issue

I have installed IPCC 5.2 , and when an agent recieves the call from the queue he sees the CTI port number as the ANI and when the call is answered it shows the actual number.

but i should be able to see the actull ANI even before answering the calls in order to capture the abandoned calls etc.

has anybody came across this issue? please assist
