CUCM: tomcat use most of the memory

Hello!

CUCM 6.1(1) running on MCS7825H3-K9-CMA2.

The problem is:

admin:show process load memory

What i can do to decrease using memory?

Should i increse the onboard memory from 2Gb to 4Gb?

Pls, advice me.

Hi volkovvalery,

I also faced same problem. I restarted the CCM cluster. After that this reduce. This one bug in Call Manager. Or u can restart the tomcat service also.

I m not thinking u wanted to add more memory.

If u using the RTMT there also u can see this problem, there u can see Virtual Memory and swap memory also increased.

For this matter pls refer Cisco site and install latest service patches.

Hi sunishnair, thanks for your reply.

I'm restarting the tomcat service (and ccm service) any times, but in a few days the same condition happening again.

Can i directly update cucm 6.1(1) to 6.1(2), and after this install 6.1(2)SU1a?

can you please check with release notes for 6.1(2)after that you can upload the new service release for this particular problem.
