Access list on subinterfaces

Can access-list be applied to Ethernet sub-interfaces on a router so that VLANs do not communicate with each other.

yes it's possible!

Router(config)#int f0/0.1

Router(config-subif)#ip access-group ?

<1-199> IP access list (standard or extended)

<1300-2699> IP expanded access list (standard or extended)

WORD Access-list name
