IP Phone Agent Service

We are using UCCX Premium, IP Phone agent service is configured but it is standard one, Wraup Data is not displayed after calls, Cisco documentation says that thip option is available with IP Phone agent Enhanced. From where can i get IPPA enhanced files.

Did you configure workflow in the Administrator desktop for agents?

Yes, Workflow is configured, What is the relation between workflow and IP Phone Agent Service?

I want to have IP Phone Agent Enhanced, its an utility that enables an agent to signin IPCC from IP Phone instead of CAD.
