Hi All,

Am I getting the following error on more than one port while changing the port speed from 2G to 4G on 9509.

Event:E_DEBUG, length:121, at 43883 usecs after Thu Jan 8 15:02:27 2009 [102] Ifindex (fc8/8)0x1387000, Err disabled (0x40290065) event (PI_FSM_EV_LCP_SET_PORT_CFG_RESP_RCVD)0xb8 due to Elsspc

Switch is working fine @2G. All other ports are set to 2G (Shared)

Any suggestion..?

Check the SFP installed in port 8/8 to be sure it is 4GB capable.

If it is, repost and we can dig deeper.

Hope this helps,

Mike

Hello,

What model line card is it? What else do you have pulled into the port group and running at what speed?

Thank you.
