Hi,
I have Unity Express configured on a 2811.
I also have a CallManager that points to the pilot number of CUE on the 2811.
When I dial 7000 from any CM phone, I get into Unity Express Pilot.
(I am asked to enter PIN or mailbox id)
Now, I also have AA.aef running on UCCX.
When I dial the UCCX auto-attendent, and try and reach unity express, I do get there , but UE plays a message saying
"There is no mailbox configured for this number" and hangs up.
My guess is that it has something to do with number presentation / re-directed number presentation.
I also tested the following, which WORKS :-
CFwdAll from an internal extension to 7000
Call the extension through AA.
The call is correctly fwd to UnityExpress,
and the greeting for the internal extension is played !!
Can anyone suggest what I should be looking at to solve this issue ?
I did do a trace on UE, and see SIP messages to 7000@<ue-ip-address>...
Any suggestions ?
Thanks

Yes I did, and I thought I posted it on this thread.
I'll find the link and post it.

I ended up creating a separate H.323 trunk to reach unity for UCCX.
