Not seeing any data in the real time display section of the Supervisor Desktop.
What step have I missed?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you select the QUEUE you are a supervisor off from the drop down menu. It is below the top toolbar. It should say Select Team and just select the queue.

Well that drop down contains Teams, not CSQs.
I have seen this problem with several UCCX 5.0 installs where the data stops displaying after an otherwise flawless install. It'll run for several weeks or months and then just stop. I've had several TAC cases on this but haven't been able to isolate it in the logs. A server restart always fixes the problem. CAD also stops showing enterprise and call activity data when this happens.

Was there a resolution found to this problem? I am having the same blank display on Supervisor real time display desktop, however after rebooting the server, the display still is not shown.
