CDR Reports

HI. Im trying to figure out an issue with CM6.1 CDR. It appears to be configured correctly, and users correctly added. However there seems to be no data past 12/23/08. Auto purge is on, and the database is only reporting about 10%, so it isnt full at all.

I cant seem to figure out why I cant get any recent data.

Any tips appreciated, thanks!

There can be two possibilities in this case:

1. The CDR is not writing data

2. The ART is not pulling data from the CDR

How many CallManager servers do you have in your network?

Is there some error in application log related to CDR Service?

Could you pls restart

Cisco CDR Agent and Cisco CDR Repository Manager services and see if it fix the issue.
