Couldn't find any specific notes on this ... can you set up a PSTN number as an alert in CER (V2.0)? The client wants to have a few cell phones as onsite alerts.
I ever worked on CER server one year back. I am not sure if you could configure that in CER. But there is an alternative way to do that. You can configure a couple of DNs and configure the call-forward-all numer as the on-call cell phones numbers.
Or based on CTI ports CSS you can create a Translation Pattern
