Hi All
I am facing an issue with fetching the CDR records in CCM 4.2. when we login to the CAR tool and trying to fetch the reports on an extension basis and device report basis there is an error diplaying that records not found.
I have attached the screen shot for your reference.
So, i followed the guidelines according to cisco to troubleshoot.

I tried all the causes, but i get the same error.
Pl do suggest us solution to fetch the records.

are all phones and users already associated??

Hi Jaime...
Ya... Actually it was an ongoing setup and devices were already associated. We can able to fetch records till April 11, 2008. But after that period, it is giving error.
