871 Router with QOS and speedbooster.

Does anyone have any idea how to configure QOS on a 871W router (outgoing only) with Comcast speedboost?

My constant upload speed is 1mb. The problem is that I have Comcast with speedboost and if I limit the bandwith to 1mb, I can't take advantage of the speedboost which allows 2mb upload for the first 10mb of a stream.

I'm unsure what the QoS features are of an 871W router, but if supports peak rate shapers, such a shaper might be configured to work somewhat like the speedboost. Bc and Be might be configured to allow 1 MB each.
