I want to filter data coming in on an ingress interface then redirect UDP packets to the interface of the specific mac address of the destination host. The servers are all in the same vlan. How do I do that?

According to your description, you're all set; that is normal operation.
If you could be a little more specific as to the equipment the traffic is passing from/to/through, perhaps the nature of your request would be a little clearer.
It is possible that you are asking about multicast instead of UDP?

10 of 100 servers on a 6500 will be allowed to see UDP multicast. I don't care who sees the UDP upstream of this switch but I want to control hosts on this switch itself. UDP flooding/IP Helper controls traffic between switches but whats the best/most administratively efficient way control traffic within the switch destined to a multicast address?
