Cant' recall, each needs CTIManager running or just one?

I thought read somewhere, only one server needs to have CTIManager running or do we turn it on every server in the cluster? I'm having an issue with setting up AC and it keeps saying Call Control is Down, even though I can control my phone fine. (onhook, offhook, etc)

thanks!

Hey Tommer

we recommend to have CTIManager running on all servers to provide failover, also since the CTIManager used is the one that is running where the phone is registered it can be a different one than the IP you define when using AC.

Thanks Jave. It's odd, I have call control on my AC console, but the client is saying Call Control is down. Thought it might have been the CTIManager on both servers and possible they were conflicting.
