CallManager 7x locale for Monterrey, Mexico?

I recall the Columbia locale is much closer to what they speak in Mexico, then the Spain locale, can anyone confirm?

yeah, definitely. if you compare how we speak in Mexico and choices are Colombia or Spain, use Colombia =)
