Hi all,
I have Cisco contracts under my profile and I cannot get a report to run successfully. I know that the contracts are valid and we have devices under these contracts but jobs report failed.
I'm running Ciscoworks Common Services 3.2.0 and RME 4.2.0

I'm getting status failed.
These are valid contracts i'm polling and I verified with our sales person that we do indeed have these devices on service contract. But when I run the report against selected devices and choose the contract to run report the job fails. It should report successful correct?
