Where do you find an version number for any ATA? Trying to determan the correct software version and if i have the latest.

I find it easiest to just to the webpage of the IP phone, or in this case the ATA.

Most phones have an admin webpage that give some very useful statistics and information.

i can get to the /dev page. i can see the s/n and sw code. but am i on ver 1 , 2 , or 3?

Hello pharden,

The other way is by using the audible configuration of the ATA, press the button on top of the ATA and then when you get the ATA lady talking press 123123# or 123#, the ATA lady should tell you the current version and protocol loaded, the latest SCCP version y 3.2, the latest H323/SIP version 3.1.
