Hello,
I'm trying to find a PPT or doc that has a good description of the features for the CAD IP Phone Agent (this is the CTI solution that displays on the IP Phone LED)?

The IPPA user guide explains it including example display images.

If you need configuration information, refer to the CAD Installation Guide. Specifically, the one for CAD 7.2 beginning on page 91.
