Customer had UCCX version 3.5 ENHANCED which integrated with Realtime Online Dashboard solution.
Customer upgraded to version 7.0 ENHANCED.
The Realtime Online Dashboard software was also upgraded for compatibility with the new UCCX version.
Since the upgrade Realtime Online Dashboard no longer works.
The vendor (Magentic North) have told me that the Realtime Online server is no longer able to access the UCCX database.
They have asked me to check the following information on UCCX:
Database user name
The initial catalog name. (I think this is the DSN).
I don't know where to find this information. As mentioned before this is for UCCX version 7.0 ENHANCED. Please can somebody help.
