UCCX Dashboard stopped working after upgrade

Hi,

Customer had UCCX version 3.5 ENHANCED which integrated with Realtime Online Dashboard solution.

Customer upgraded to version 7.0 ENHANCED.

The Realtime Online Dashboard software was also upgraded for compatibility with the new UCCX version.

Since the upgrade Realtime Online Dashboard no longer works.

The vendor (Magentic North) have told me that the Realtime Online server is no longer able to access the UCCX database.

They have asked me to check the following information on UCCX:

Database user name

Database password

The initial catalog name. (I think this is the DSN).

I don't know where to find this information. As mentioned before this is for UCCX version 7.0 ENHANCED. Please can somebody help.

I think your vendor want this information

Database user name : you have to create one

Database password : you have to create one

The initial catalog name. IPadressOfUCCXServer\CRSSQL\db_cra

The SQL user you have created should have access to permit db_cra and permit database role "db_wallboard_read"

The db_wallboard_read role need to have "Select" permission to RtCSQSummary and RtICDStatistics tables
