FreeFTPd question with DRS

For CallManager 7x with DRS I have a customer using FreeFTPd.

They state they installed FreeFTPd as a service set to automatic and it's started but ask "Any information on how to keep it running after I log off? I've installed it as a service, but if I'm not logged in on the server, it will not allow SFTP connections."

This question should be posted to MSFT or FreeFTPd forum. ;)

I guess the security policy on Windows does not allow incoming SFTP connection until an user was logged on?
