No Notification for Serial interface??

Dear friends!

I have LMS 2.6 and i m trying to configure notification for Serial interfaces.

I have selected all events in "Event Set" . But still i am not Recieving any Events related to Serial interfaces, For Gigabit and Fastethernet i am recieving events perfectly.

I wonder if There is no Support for SERIAL Interface in DFM Nofitication Services. ??? If not than is there any way to add it??

I am aware that i can set Email notification from automated actions... But i don't want to use that as it doesn't allow actions in the form of SNMP Traps. and only EMAIL..

DFM supports serial interfaces provided they are managed.

go to DFM > Device Management > Device Details, and launch the Device Detail View for one of the devices which contains a serial interface. Make sure the desired interface is in a managed state.
