FCC in Africa

Hi Team

We have a small problem with the AP's for a University in Africa. The 53 Cisco 1252 Access points that were designed are FCC.

That means on the WiSM I can't change the country code to ZA because the AP then doesn't report in. If I change it to US then the AP's say â€œRADIO LOW POWERâ€.

any way to get this right

Hi Tau,

This error "Radio Low Power" usually indicates a problem with PoE or power injector config. What are you using for the 1252's?? If you are using an "E" Series 3750 this is a very good thread;
