Greetings, im looking at a solution which will entail the queuing of incomming calls into a CME system running Unity Express on a NME module.
The end user wants every incomming call to be answered by either a BACD or ACD system, to play a single greeting welcomming them to the business, queued then to be put through to a pre-defined hunt group.
Ive used CME to do this in the past but never weighed up the options between using CME or CUE to queue calls, for something this straight forward would CME be fine or is it better to make use of CUE where possible?

Hi Mark,
I don't believe there are any Queuing options built-in to CUE so CME is still your best bet :)
Hope this helps!
