Hi

It's possible set a customize background on all ip phones same time like BAT? My customer wants that 4000 ip phones change yours background.

Hi!

Phone designer allows custom backgrounds and ringtones to be applied remotely, but not in bulk.

There is no way you can push all images to phones. The phone requests to download images from List.xml file when you go to settings> User preferences> Background Images.

You can include multiple lines on the List.xml file and customize it, but you can't bulk the background to all phones.

Unless you want to configure an html IDLE URL and point all your phones to that URL or write a script to execute functions on the IP phone via http.
