I have some MCS server that I don't have physical access to. I looked at the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cisco Systems\Model\Hardware key and they are either a MCS7845H03 or MCS7845H07. How do those values relate to the 7845H1 7845H2 etc?
Thanks,
Pat

Hi!
The MCS7845H03 is used for MCS-7845H1 servers and MCS7845H07 for MCS-7845H2.
Can you try this and see if you get more info?
Go to Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Expand System Information > Click on System Summary >Right Click on System Summary
BTW, do you have the SNs of the servers?
Regards,
Teresa.
