What is the different between Agent E-mail & Email Interaction features in UCCX 7.x ?

I believe you ask about "Agent Inbound Email" versus "Cisco Unified E-mail Interaction Manager" ??

Agent Inbound Email is a build in functinality in UCCX7.0(1)SR01 PREMIUM licensed, which routes specific email aliases to UCCX agents which have skills to an E-mail.CSQ in UCCX. It's a very simple way of routing emails to UCCX agents.

Cisco Unified E-mail Interaction Manager (CIM) is a 3rd party product with a Cisco label on. It integrates to UCCX and UCCE.

It's a very complex product with tons of settings.
