I am trying to upgrade the cisco unified manager from 6.0.1 to 6.1.1 via remote server ( FTP).
I received the following error:
There is not enough disk space in the common partition to perform the upgrade. Please use either the Platform Command Line Interface or the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) to free space on the common partition."
so I do a "show status" and it shows that lots of spaces has been allocated as logging. how can i delete the log from there so that the call manager will have more disk space for upgrade?
