Hi,
I am having CCM 4.1.3, and i have forgotten the Directory Manager Password.I know that it can recovered from registry but if someone could let me know that how could i convert the hex code to human readable format.

To recover the Directory manager password you will need to set it manually in the Registry. You will need to hash a new password.
From cmd navigate to the dcdsrvr\bin directory and run the passwordutils utility.
c:\dcdsrvr\bin>passwordutils
This should give you a hex value, copy this value and go into the registry and enter it for the following values for all servers in the cluster.
Regedit
HKEYLocalMachine>Software>Cisco SystemsInc>Directory Configuration
DCDMGRPW:
MGRPW:
Registry changes require a reboot.

if you want the old pwd open a TAC case, the tool to decrypt cannot be provided to customers
