I'm writing a script for a confidential employee hotline to allow for dialing options to leave a voicemail. I tried debugging the script and this was the error. The documentation is unclear on what this means or how to fix it.

Are you doing a reactive debug? You can't play media unless you're on the phone with a CTI Port.

did you copy and paste the prompt step? try to delete both step and variable and rebuild it manually.
