Auto Ring Feature Possible?

I have a phone, that when the hand set is picked up, I want to automatically dial an extension. This phone will only be used to dial this extension when the hand set is picked up. We are running Call Manager 6.1. Is this possible, and if so, how does one set this up?

What you do is create a CSS that contains a single translation pattern that translates 0 digits into the number you want to dial.
