Using a public IP as a local network...other side of tunnel is as remote.

Anyone know if this is possible? Any example?

Customer has a Cisco VPN concentrator 3030

Customer doesn't allow subnets across their tunnel. Is is possible to create a tunnel from two public IP's where the local network on one side and remote network on the other is public?

Example:

Public IP1: 172.168.1.10

local 172.168.1.12

Remote 10.10.10.0

Public IP2: 192.168.10.10

local:10.10.10.0

Remote: 172.168.1.12

I have this problem too.
