Agent logout automatically after 30 minutes

Hi everybody,


Now, I am using Cisco IPCC enterprise 7.2. My CTIOS client will logout automatically after the agent makes not ready and inactivate in 30 minutes.

I saw in Cisco Webview report and received LogOut Reason Codes which means "Agent reset due to peripheral failure. Or agent deleted due to agent removal or PG reconfiguration"



Someone can help me ?

If you using IPCC and CTIOS then there is a NON Activity timer that could be the cause for logging you out. If you are idle meaning no state change or call activity for X amount of time then you could be logged out due to this timer value.


Check you Agent Desktop Settings configuration and look for it there.
