When your certificate expires or is about to expire, you will need to re enroll your device to your CA server, ASA does not provide an automatic feature of enrolling when the Certificate expires like the IOS does. So pretty much you need to be aware of the time when this cert expires to re enroll it. I believe you just issue the enrollment command, but if this happens not to work then you need to delete your trustpoint and recreate it.
