I have a customer with CUCM 4.2 installed and she has a new requirement for a particular hunt pilot. When calls come in, they go to hunt pilot 8500. On No Answer after a certain length of time the call goes to another extension 2757. The customer wants to increase the ring time from 20 secs (5 rings) to 25 secs (6 rings). However when we are changing the Maximum Hunt Timer under the hunt pilot, there is no effect. That is the number of rings remains 5. Even if we change the timer value to for example 50 secs, there is no change. Can anyone let me know how we can overcome this problem?
