If it's anything like a 5505, when you take it out of the box the first thing you should do is connect to it via the console cable. Hook it up to your asa and the other end to your laptop and use HyperTerminal or Putty to connect to the device via serial (9200, Hardware control none)

You should be presented a prompt ">" and then type ena [enter]

This should get you to the enable prompt, without using a single password.
