Slow download

Hi ALL :

I am facing this problem for a some time now.

I have 4503 switch which is connected to PIx and my server.

I have few vlan on the switch ,so when i am intarvlan transfer of data no issue.

But when intervlan data transfer its very slow.

All the vlan have default gateway to the pix.

I have no idea whay is this happening link and port are all have hard coded speed.

ANY suggestion?

You probably could have omitted the password part of your config. What are your speed/duplex settings on your 4503? If they are 100/full, try changing all of them to auto for the server link. Also, make sure the "flow control" settings are not being used on the server's NIC.

I have attached the logs.

On the server end the speed is also 100 full .

Which pix is that ? If you want performance for cross vlan traffic, use 4503 in L3 mode, or an high perfomance pix or router.

Thanks for the reply the issue is resolved,it was problem with Damm cables.
