following is a copy of sh redunancy of m 4510R, I just reset the config register to 0x102, is this setting correct for it to comeback up at reboot? (0x102) it is the default at bootup isnt it?...

BOOT =bootflash:cat4000-i9s-mz.122-25.ewa4.bin,1;

BOOTLDR = bootflash:cat4000-i9s-mz.122-25.ewa4.bin

Configuration register = 0x2101 (will be 0x102 at next reload)

hello Rob,

yes the config-register command changes the value but not on the fly but at next reload you have changed to 0x102 as desired.

This is normal for config-register in all platforms. (change takes effect at next reload)

Hope to help

Giuseppe
