Solved: Password Change CUCM 6 and Unity 5

For security reasons, I need to change passwords in callmanger 6 and Unity 7. I can't find a good document on these versions. Anyone made this change?

Rob,

Question....the Unity doc represents 4.x. I am in 5.x. Can I assume that these rules apply to 5.x? Also, there is an additional account I need to change "UnitySFTP" that is not referenced in this document. Can I assume that the same rules apply to this account for chaning the passwords i.e. AD password, and then change service password?

Hi Johnny,

You are most welcome my friend! We don't run Unity 7.x so I can't tell you for sure about the UnitySFTP account.(sorry)

The other references should carry over. I'll see what I can track down about the missing link here.
