Lost Connection to Firewall

I am using Network Assistant v5.4 and connecting to Cisco PIX Device Manger 3.0. I keep getting "Lost connection to firewall" error. Before I was able to view graphs and statistics for interfaces. Now I just get the please wait and lost connection to firewall displays. I have tried to reconnect with no success. I can telnet to the PIX so I know the interfaces are up. Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing the issue. Thanks

What browser are you using?

What version of java?

Have you tried reinstalling the pdm 3.0.4 code:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/pix

Using IE 7

Java 6 update 11
