Hi to ALL.
UCCX version 7.0.1
I'm trying to use IPC Action in Voice Contact Workflow, which sends some variables to the remote host in the network. (see picture ipc1.jpg)
The remote host ip is 172.17.216.205.
But in captured network traffic I see ip 0.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.2 as destination host address. (see picture ipc2.jpg).
How to resolve this problem?

Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue, the destination ip is 0.0.0.1 even though the IPC action has a different ip setup. Did you resolve this issue?

We use Enterprise, not Express. But we do use CAD for a few agents and experienced this same issue. It was a bug, and it was fixed in CAD 7.5(5) for Enterprise. I'd check to see if there was an equivalent fix/release for the Express environment, and if not, ask Cisco to provide one.
