Help needed - Who to call for support?

Unanswered Question
Jan 16th, 2009

I have a pretty serious problem with my certification status that the certification online support team cannot answer. Is there anyone that I can call that is truly knowledgeable about certifications? I feel like all I'm doing is getting run around in circles.

In short, my problem is that I have passed both exams needed for AWLANFE specialist, but Cisco doesn't recognize the specialization despite showing that I have passed both exams. The responses I've gotten are that I'll need to retake exams I've already passed, which cannot be the case.

Any help would be most appreciated. I'm afraid that I'm a bit desperate here to make sure that I get my certification. It's no fun to go through the whole process and finally pass the exams, only to go through this, haha.

I have this problem too.

You can contact a Customer Support Agent, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-553-6387

You can also go to the Cisco Certification Tracking System and verify which exams they already show for you.

I would also verify that the username you took the exams under is the same one that Cisco is looking under.

Unfortunately, Customer Support is not very helpful at all. All my info is correct, and they even confirm for me that I have the needed exams, but they are telling me that I need to retake an exam. I can tell that they're reading from a website or paper or something, which is why I need someone more knowledgeable.
