Auto Attendant in Exchange 2007

Hi,

we using call manager 6.x with exchange 2007 (for voice mail), and the voice mail working fine.

If any user is not available or busy the call will hit his voice mail box.

But we want the call first route to operator then to voice mail box(like this - for send voice mail then press 1 or hold for an operator)

Is it possible to do this with exchange?

Exchange has absolutely nothing to do with that. Exchange is just the mailstore. i assume you have Unity. once they reach the mailbox for a particular user you'll need to configure the caller input to send to the same mailbox if pressing 1, 0 is preconfigured for operator.
