How to upgrade the IOS in Cisco 4000 series switch.. Can any one give me step by step how to upgrade..

If this is a catos 4000 then its as simple as issuing the the following .

"copy tftp bootflash: , hit enter it will ask you for the tftp server address , enter that and then it will ask the filename enter that and just follow the prompts and it will start downloading .

Pretty much the same "copy tftp bootflash: then change your boot statement to point to the new image.
