No you can't. WS-C3750E-48PD has a maximum of 740 watts. The AP 1252 series requires at most 18.0W. Besides, don't you want to think about redundancies?

Depends on your power supply. According to the product catalogue, there's a 1150W p/s for the 3750E available.
