Solved: Reboot reasons for SPA2000/2102/PAP2

From time to time when we do troubleshooting on customer equipment we run into log lines that state a "reboot reason", I have been unable to find a document describing what errors these codes (for example c200, c40000 and so on) resolve to. Is there such a document or guide available? At this moment the reason behind "reboot reason c40000" is of the highest interest! Thanks in advance!

Dear Gustav;

The following document: /docs/DOC-9889 provides information for the reboot reasons.

c200 and c40000 indicates issues with Ethernet connectivity and LAN/WAN addressing conflict, this last is generally caused when you connect the ATA to a DHCP server which provides same address range as the one configured in the LAN. This causes conflict in the router portion of the ATA (this last applies to SPA2102 and SPA2100).
