Unified Call Connector

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with Cisco Unified Call Connector not working properly. Basically when a contact is selected it takes approximately 30secs for the call to start dialling the destination number which is a bit annoying to the user as it should take a lot quicker than that fairly instant i would imagine.

Any ideas appreciated.
