LMS 3.1 backup failed

My customer reported that their scheduled backup failed and to se the error message customer performed the backup manually and could see following error message as seen in the attachment. Could you please assist?

I have this problem too.

Please post a screenshot showing the services control panel display for the various CiscoWorks services. Additionally, please post the output of the pdshow command.
